Three mornings on the Coastal Bend marshes, hunting ducks and geese over decoy spreads from layout and marsh blinds. You'll run out by boat in the dark, set up before legal light, and work the birds as they trade across the flats. Between hunts you're back at the lodge — hot meals, a warm bunk, and a covered station to clean and pack your birds.

Waterfowl hunting is weather, wind, and birds you don’t control. Some mornings the sky is full; some mornings it’s slow and you earn every bird. Nothing here is guaranteed, and we don’t post "success rates" — be wary of anyone who promises numbers on wild birds.
What we do promise: hard-working guides, good ground, honest effort, and a fair-chase hunt run by the book. Expect cold, early, sometimes wet mornings and a little walking through marsh.

A 30% deposit reserves your spot. The balance is due 14 days before arrival and held securely until your hunt is complete. Add-ons settle after the trip.

Waterfowl runs in most weather. If conditions make it unsafe or unhuntable, your guide will reschedule the affected morning or work out fair credit.
Fair-chase and by-the-book — guides will end a hunt over unsafe gun handling. Gratuity isn’t included; 15–20% is customary if your guides earned it.
